Mr. Rig v1.0 – free download
This month’s PIAD is all about the principles of animation. Im thinking of an augmented reality game in which the main character can freely move in any setting you are filming with your mobile device. For example, Mr. Rig has to reach point B from his starting location and uses the Real life environment to get there. Off course he can use several different virtual objects to reach his destination. More to come! Meanwhile, check out some early motion tracking tests of Mr.Rig on my desk.

Im also making the current version of Mr.Rig available for a FREE download. Use it to experiment. This version is for 3dsmax 2010 only. Im aware that Mr.Rig isn’t perfect yet ; )
